If you live in a cold climate, you must think of warmth. Be sure to include cold weather items such as
 jackets, coats, long pants, long sleeve shirts, hats, mittens, scarves, sleeping bags and warm blankets.

Be sure to account for growing children and other family changes. Your kits should be
 specific to your family needs.
