SUMMARY:AB 1913 Essentials: A Roadmap for School Leaders
DESCRIPTION:As an essential extension of AB 1913 training\, this webinar provides school administrators with critical strategies needed to establish and maintain professional boundaries that prevent misconduct and foster safer school environments in K-12 schools. It prepares school leaders to confidently respond to reports of professional boundary violations in line with AB 1913 requirements and best practices. Participants will learn to identify grooming behaviors and boundary violations\, apply the APCAP guidelines\, and proceed with appropriate investigative procedures in collaboration with Human Resources.
