He oversees the facility planning\, construction\, and maintenance functions for the district. With the passage of a $200 million GOB in 2008\, Mr. Dixon has leveraged an additional $235 million in state funds. Mr. Dixon serves as Chair for the Coalition for Adequate School Housing (CASH). \nBenjamin Dolinka – Mr. Dolinka is the President/COE of Dolinka Group. He focuses on creating new financial and demographic services\, identifying potential public-public and private-public partnerships\, and establishing long-term client relationships. For over two decades\, Mr. Dolinka has also collaborated with various vendors and organizations throughout the country to find the best solutions for LEAs in their facilities planning needs. His efforts have resulted in the timely funding and construction of scores of facilities for LEAs across the State of California. \nMarco Guardi – Mr. Guardi is the Vice President of Risk Control for Arthur J.
