DESCRIPTION:Trainer:                 Ed Kennedy\, Haztrainer Multi-National\, Inc. \nHow to Register:  Email Kimberly Kennedy at kennedy@ascip.org by September 10th. \n\n\nAsbestos Awareness Training from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.\nTarget Audience:   \nEmployees who are assigned duties requiring them to work on or around Asbestos or Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACM) are required to receive initial awareness training upon assignment to those duties\, and annually thereafter as long as they are assigned to such duties. \nAdditional Info: \nThis training satisfies the AHERA and CAL-OSHA requirements for initial Awareness Training\, Annual Awareness Refresher Training and the awareness training portion of the 16 Hour Asbestos Remediation Worker Training. \n\n  \nLead Hazard Training from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.\nTarget Audience: \nEmployees who are assigned duties requiring them to work on or around materials that contain any amount of lead. Those employees are required to receive initial awareness training upon assignment to that task and annually thereafter as long as they are assigned to such duties. \nAdditional Info: \nThis training is designed to meet CAL-OSHA’s minimum requirements for employees. \n  \nAs always\, there is no charge to ASCIP members or our invited guests to attend this training. \n
