HR Roundtable-Effective Management of Employee Leaves

With a single incident involving an extended leave of absence a variety of Federal and State laws entitling employees to job-protected leave are triggered. Additional statutory leaves under the Education Code further complicate this process. This roundtable discusses the variety of job-protected leaves under Federal and State laws to allow for effective management of leaves of absence.
