This workshop will provide districts with information regarding 504 requirements and procedures. This topic is of particular importance at this time in light of a recent landmark decision which broadened the perspective of 504 responsibilities. Districts will learn how to limit their liability in this area and fine tune their 504 plans within the special education process.
