What is the Public Records Act?  What do I do when I receive a demand for inspections of documents?  Do I have to disclose sensitive private information?  In this session, we will discuss the nuts and bolts of this California law that obligates public agencies to disclose government records.  Learn to identify records not subject to disclosure and how to respond to a requestor in a timely fashion.
