This in-person workshop prepares school leaders to confidently respond to reports of professional boundary violations in line with AB 1913 requirements and best practices. Through real-world scenarios, participants will learn when to investigate, correct, or terminate, while upholding due process and student safety. Led by Dr. Diane Perez, renowned HR expert with extensive breadth of experience dealing with cases around childhood sexual assault, participants will benefit from dynamic, yet practical guidance to ensure informed, accountable action in today’s educational.
