Learn how you can protect students through this nationwide database and clearinghouse. Expert staff will provide an overview of the NASDTEC Clearinghouse as well as details instructions on how to utilize the online platform. Participants will learn how to efficiently check credentials and work history of certificated applicants during the on-boarding process. The Clearinghouse can report “egregious misconduct”, as well as, other red flags that may require further review or clarification.

Intended Audience: Human Resources personnel working with the NASDTEC platform. Recommended to include two or more staff members per school district to learn the reference checking process.
