The NASDTEC Clearinghouse is a nationwide database     of disciplinary actions involving credentialed educators, designed to strengthen hiring practices by identifying red flags such as credential sanctions, employment discrepancies, and prior misconduct. This session will provide an overview of the platform, step-by-step guidance on its use, and demonstrate how it enhances school safety by expanding visibility into an applicant’s professional history. NASDTEC is a vital resource that streamlines the HR onboarding process and supports Human Resource professionals through early identification of potential risks.
