This workshop will be a roundtable discussion of the most important current decisions at the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) and the impact of the 2012 Reform (SB863).  Pending legislative bills that could affect Workers’ Compensation laws will be presented.  Come prepared to ask questions of our expert panel.
