This session will explore the unique risks and responsibilities facing Community College Districts (CCDs) in protecting minors on campus. Participants will gain practical strategies for implementing effective safeguards and fostering safe environments for youth. The session also highlights the role of the Higher Education Protection Network (HEPNet)—an international association dedicated to promoting best practices in youth protection across higher education. Attendees will be introduced to key tools and resources available through HEPNet to support their ongoing efforts.
